javascript screws up on productform #80

1. when adding a product on productform.jsp, choosing main catalog as 
food/entertain service.
2.  after you select the subcatalog on "product.catalog.children"
3. the special field for specific main cat are gone.

i.e. food product. then select rice subcat. The weight/volume/oz fields are gone
