can't send email #85

either locally or on the live system.

not sure if it has anything to do with changing the userformcontroller for 
password system

supposedly, on the login page, users will be able to get an email if they 
somehow forget the password. 

1. They will get it simply type in the user id and clicking the link "password 
hint e-mailed to you.", should be able to receive it. 

2. The app will return "an email has been sent to xxx@gmail.com", this is what 
i see on locally but i never get any emails. 

3. On the live system, it simply display the construction symbol of smtp.
