extra for productform page doesnt add properly and won't be able to pull out infomation.

can't add extra field to entertainment service/product/cultural. they get added 
to the db, however, it generates few entries each time and no product id is 
linked. and they won't be able to pull out the previous saved info.

I can work on this, but got few things i am not quite sure of when reading the 
code.

this issue is caused by we introduce another level of catalog.

I have fixed it in the source code.
