As per title, as tested on fresh install of Windows + RoN + CBP. Unsure why this is occurring, but it violates intuitive result of having "Disable plugin loading" checked in CBP Launcher's settings.
At a glance, it looks like the plugin's DoSomething() it being allowed to execute despite plugins being disabled (presumably because of spaghetti code interactions or my own incompetence).
