Multiple streamdb targets #130

The ability to have more than one streamdb target for streamdb/pcap plugins.  
If you monitor multiple networks with elsa and streamdb, it would be nice to 
have multiple streamdb or pcap choices in the plugins drop down.  Either have 
the correct streamdb server chosen based upon the log host, or user can be 
relied upon to choose from list of all streamdb servers identified by user 
configurable string in drop down.

This is complete in rev 389.  Use "streamdb_urls" which should be a hash of 
hashes.  Check Info.pm for details until I get it documented.
