Default descending by timestamp

I would like to request searches to default to descending by timestamp. It is a 
minor thing but would make it nicer to use.

You can default the orderby direction (orderby_dir) to descending by default 
via the user preferences, by setting "default_settings" with type "orderby_dir" 
to "desc."  I've just added code that will also set the orderby to timestamp by 
default, so the overall effect will be that all logs will be shown in reverse 
chronological order by default if you set that preference.
