Submit query via URL #160

I'd like to be able to pivot from an IP address in Sguil to the ELSA web 
interface and search for that IP.  Similar to /Query/query?query_string= but 
instead of returning JSON, display the full web interface with results.

Absolutely needed, awesome work on ELSA, but for quick and easy integration 
with Shinken, OpsView, Cacti, etc, this feature is a must... Thank you very 
much!

This is committed in revision 1017.  This now works: 
http://elsa/?query_string=my query goes here.  Note that if submitting from a 
non-browser, you will need to URI encode the query (browsers do this 
automatically).
