Documentation for Eventlog-to-Syslog #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search documentation for "eventlog"
2. See it's not really there.
3. Cry self to sleep.

I'd love to see some examples on getting information incoming from 
eventlog-to-syslog into ELSA. I've been trying to set it up but I don't quite 
understand syslog-ng enough to get it working.
