What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I go to ELSA >> Query Log >> (Some query) >> Actions >> Alert or Schedule >> 
Run Every 1 hours, for 7 days, Action: Send email, params: 
iaronson@helmpoint.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to get an email send to iaronson@helmpoint.com. I haven't 
received anything yet.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest svn on CentOS.

Any errors in the web.log?  Are you using LDAP to get email addresses?  One 
good way to troubleshoot is to create an alert that should fire all the time 
and run the cron.pl manually from the command line so you can watch for SMTP 
errors.  Tcpdump is another good way of seeing what it's doing when trying to 
send email.

Our issues were all in the LDAP implementation. Sorry for the late response, 
but it's now working just fine.
