Opening 'Stats' & 'Manage Permissions' tabs overwrite one another. #64

When opening dashboards from the main UI, each dash is opened in it's own tab, 
as expected.  Even if you open the same dash twice, each dash get it's own tab 
(which is preferable).  However, when opening 'Stats', the tab that is opened 
can and is replaced with 'Manage Permissions' when that is opened and 
vice-versa.  

As opposed to overwriting the target tab, they should probably be sent to a new 
one.

Browser: Chrome Version 21.0.1180.82

Agree.  Changed _new to _blank.  Fixed in rev 398.
