Ability to execute an alert immediately #69

Very low-priority enhancement request: the ability to edit alerts. If one
found that the query was not specific enough or if they wanted to
increase/decrease the interval, etc. then having the ability to edit the alert
would be helpful as opposed to having to delete it and create a new one.

Also, a couple other functions for alerts:

- A 'Pause' function to pause an alert (set it to disabled but not delete it)
- A 'Run now' function, which would execute then, perform the function it was
designed to and reset the interval for the next occurrence of the alert

You can already edit the alerts. Just click on the cell in the "Scheduled
Queries" dialog. You can already disable alerts, click on the "Enabled" cell
in "Scheduld Queries" to disable/enable.

Run now is a good one, though, and there's no way to do that now.
