Perhaps rename and turn scripts into functions.

Perhaps make a new package because this has the renv environment and I already published on Zenodo.

A new package containing all functions including new functions that do what the existing scripts use to do and then a very slim script (probably in this repo) that exists mainly for using renv.

In fact the scripts will look more or less as they are now. All that changes is the functions go into a new package.

Don't forget that the reason I used a script originally was for the benefit of renv::run
