As a Site User I can access submitted recipes so that I can edit/update the recipe contents

Acceptance Criteria

The user will be able to modify their submitted recipes and the changes will be seen on the recipes page

Tasks

Create a Model and view and create a template where editing can be applied

Fixed an issue with the default picture and changed the edit and delete section, so they can be more easily seen.
