elasticsearch vm.max_map_count #19

Seeing this error from Elasticsearch on fresh docker install:

[1]: max virtual memory areas vm.max_map_count [65530] is too low, increase to at least [262144]

This is a problem related to host machine, not Elasticsearch container. Wouldn't you know, already noted in documentation for Docker build, but might be worthwhile highlighting those gotchas more.
