"prepare_server.sh" mentioned in README.md isn't present?

Line 46 of the README.md states:

"Ensure that your machine has dependencies and docker correctly set up by working through the steps in prepare_server.sh."

I'm not finding the "prepare_server.sh" file in the combine-docker repo. Am I missing it?
