It has been suggested that publishing Records as some kind of flat file might be helpful.

Possible approaches / variations:

avro files for whole set (would require avro writing for jobs, which is optional)
XML files for each record
JSON?

Revisiting this since export Jobs has become possible (XML documents). Exploring how all Published Records could be exported as well....

Done - performed as similar export to Jobs. May explore static / API like routes to this, but closing for now.
