Add route to test transformation, validations, or RITS from a Record #196

It would be handy to have a convenient way to test:

from a single Record page. It is possible to navigate to these screens and then find the Record in question, but that table is not designed for deep searching, and it can be difficult to know that copying/pasting a Record's db_id is a sure fire way to find it. Particularly when all those screens allow a ?q=3671328 style syntax for loading those testing pages with a Record already highlighted.

Done - added "Test/Run Scenarios for this Record" tab. Perhaps not ideal, but placement until better spot determined.
