Place to test/build ES queries

Now that selecting a subset of a Job(s) with an ES query is possible, it would be beneficial to have a place where users can test and build complex queries.

Addtionally, save and retrieve them as well.

It will need to:

• facilitate selecting a Job, or mutliple Jobs, to search across (their ES indexes)
  • this should include published
  • this might support the Job tables view, with checkboxes?

Something to consider: building complex queries would likely make sense from the context of mapped fields for a Job already run. When running a Job, one option would be to send a user to this testing/building screen with all the input jobs pre-selected. Perhaps that screen could detect this behavior and have a button show-up like "Use this query for new Job"
