Allow users to select mapped fields or opinionate some pre-defined field names like combine_title or combine_*, that will show up in Record table for a Job.

If a Record has a semantically meaningful record_id, that's one thing, but it might be incredibly helpful to have the option of adding additional views to this.

This is more support for powering this table with ES, rather than Mongo.

This is about adding columns to the DataTable, to clarify. Most users will probably want to have this, but it's not gonna be a showstopper.
