Job rerun, records passed from parent Input Jobs not re-calculated #316

From Harvest to Merge Job, can see the value of 1000 records shown as passed, but limit was upped to 5000, which is how many records were actually passed:

Downstream changes do apply, only upstream Input Jobs records_passed that are not updated.
