The counts for Published Subsets are somewhat conservative, but it's possible that variations to Jobs when re-running might not update the Published Subset counts...

Confirmed that Published Subset counts are not updated if Job changes in size (believe only deletes and unpublishing trigger a recount).

Need to run Job.remove_from_published_precounts() when a job is re-run.
