closely overlapping with this issue
as well as openpyxl, restrictions on other dependencies are slightly relaxed
given this comment on sqlalchemy, sqlachemy's version has also changed to 2.0.25
we do not seem to be usingpython-dotenv anywhere in the codebase, there is no .env folder for example
requirements for locally building the docs included conflicts, such that it was not possible to build the image, they have been mostly changed and now the build seem to be fine

is SQLAlchemy required for the pipeline ? If I remember correctly , sqlalchemy was used for key_map_predcitions feature which was removed. it would be great to remove it. if it is not used in the pipeline.

SQLAlchemy is not required. I see no usage of SQLAlchemy in code I removed and ran tests and the example notebook. everything is working fine..
