Simplify mapping files

• [ ] Remove unused columns
• [ ] Change the order of the columns so that the data label column is on the left hand side

Automation

• [ ] Have a component that harvests the data labels automatically and searches the vocabulary service for matches. The users then only need to review that matches.

Improve documentation

• [ ] Specifying mappings should be better documents
