[CM13] WIFI随机断线 #26

刷了1008的版本，WIFI有时候一分钟断线几次，有时候又很久都不断线一次，已排除是我自己路由器问题，因为其他手机都正常

CM14 没这个问题. 似乎是 CM13 或 aosp 6.0 对这个硬件兼容不太好
