Biobanks are used to work with CSV/TSV. Should MIABIS have a "tabulated" version as some other communities have? ... ie. the PSI MI community have PSI-MITAB and PSI-MI XML for molecular interactions. Other tab formats ... ISA-tab, SampleTab

MOLGENIS can provide this for free. I am working on an implementation now at miabis-molgenis. Give it a few days

We have been working on a sample based tab format (have a look here). It is not yet complete, but it could be a good start point.
