About heatmap prediction model #3

It seems that the training of carotid artery heatmap is not included in this repo. Could you give any related implementation about the heatmap model?

This code was indeed kept in a private version of the repo. I just added it. Documentation is coming soon!

Great! I noticed two braches "heatmap_train" and "new" were added. Look forward to the compele implementations!
