Showcase does not work. YahooManaged_TestApp_WPF.exe fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded Showcase.zip
2. Unblocked all files in package after extracting
3. Attempted to run YahooManaged_TestApp_WPF.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the application with the window shown on the front page or the 
yahoo-finance-managed project home.
Insted the application failed with a standard windows failure dialog.  See 
attached.  

Do you have other informations?
Ran in DEBUG with VS2012 and the error that shows is that the file located in 
temporary internet files named "ym_settings.xml" does not exist. 

Suggestions to fix the defect?
You need to provide download for the missing ym_settings.xml or give 
instructions on how this file is created.

To fix this issue you can open Internet Explorer and navigate to Yahoo finance 
page, for example
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=%5EGSPC+Historical+Prices
That will create missing/needed file
