I propose to treat Event exactly in the same way as Protocol. So Event have its values specified as Parameter Value[] in Study table.
Now in the ISA-Tab-for-plant-phenotyping it is stated that An external .csv file is used to describe concrete occurrences of events. I don't see such need as Event is just special case of Protocol. In fact some investigators, have done just that eg. an example
