Almost no brain detected #5

Hi,

I'm interested to use your software.

However, when i tried on T2 dHCP image, almost all the voxel of the mask are 0, as one can see on the file bellow.

Bet-HD_maskdHCP(0069XX12).nii.gz

Do you know why ?

Hi there, indeed, that does not look right. The easiest way for me to figure out what is happening would be to try the data myself and see what is going on internally. Would it be possible for you to share the data? You can also send them to me via mail: f.isensee(at)dkfz.de Best, Fabian

it depends on the images. If you still have this problem please send me an example via mail
