pretrain ok，but same error occur in training begining

Hi @SunKai-Tsinghua , from the first look, I would assume some of the files in your dataset might be damaged. Can you confirm, that you can open all files in the dataset without problems? Maybe use the debugger in the nibabel_reader_writer file.
