Hi Fabian, thanks for your excellent works! I have some problems with the upsample deep supervision as follow :
I don't konw why the stage4 doesn't have any results. I use the trilinear function to upsample the stage4 to the same shape as input of the model ——x, and than get the prediction, and calculate the metrics. I don't know why with the stage4.
