cannot find /ResEncUNetPlanner.json or nnUNetPlannerResEncL,json #2544

I am using the pip install nnunet but when running nnunetv2 I get error cannot find nnUNetPlannerResEncL.json

Nothing is created in the preprocessign folder when running nnUNetv2_plan_and_preprocess
