What are you trying to do?
running micapipe v.0.2.3 -proc structure
If you've tried running this with BrainSpace code already, how did you do so and what went wrong?
Please tell us about your computing environment:
HPC. I have tried it locally and on the remote server and encountered the same issue.
Other information
Please see the log below. The script is stuck at this point (after initialising ANTS?) for at least 40min.
