micapipe from the Multimodal imaging and connectome analysis lab (http://mica-mni.github.io) at the Montreal Neurological Institute. Read The Docs documentation below
I've encountered some problems with the official installation tutorial: the license file downloaded from Freesurfer is named “license.txt” whereas in the tutorial it's “licence.txt”, which can lead to a problem with the mounting. license.txt” in the tutorial, which may cause some problems when mounting.
The second problem is that when I start the micapipe image alone, it reminds me to enter the parameters, instead of starting the image first and then proceeding step by step. When I proceed to the micapipe image by overriding the entry point, when I run the micapipe command, I am reminded that MRtrix3.0 is not found.
Is there any easy way for me to start the docker image first and process the data further. Thanks!
