MRtrix3 was not found during proc_structural #137

Hi,

I have currently pulled the latest micapipe version from docker and built a .sif singularity file, which all worked fine. When trying the -proc_structural command within this container, the following output is given: 

MICA pipeline - (Version v0.2.3 'Northern flicker') 
    Subject: 011 Session: SINGLE

[ ERROR ]..... MRtrix3 was not found

Is there something I missed during set-up? Or is there a known solution?

Additional information: Singularity version: 3.6.3 Micapipe version: 0.2.3 Operation System: Ubuntu 22.0.5
