T1w and T2w suffixes #61

As we talked about in the preprocessing meeting, PyBIDS doesn’t recognize these file names with lower case « t »

This featured was added on the development version of the pipeline v0.2.0 to have full compatibility with pyBIDS the jsons files of the v0.1.5 were updated as well to have partial compatibility with pyBIDS.
