Still a WIP. I'm working on testing and still have a few files to rename!

TODO:

confirm whether smoothing should be used for FC
confirm that we are tossing fsnative surfaces
(optional) rename conte69 files in micapipe/parcellations and update corresponding names here
test the workflow end-to-end

keep fsnative sampling for both func.gii and FC no smoothing

c3d_affine_tool was needed to apply ANTs registration to surfaces to move them into space-func. Source http://www.itksnap.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Convert3D.Convert3D

TODO: add this to dependencies & container OR find an alternative
