This PR entails the initial draft of the micapipe container including the neurodocker bash script to create the Dockerfile (generate_micapipe_images.sh), the resulting Dockerfile, bash scripts to setup Fix (fix_settings.sh) and R (install_R_env.sh), as well as FSL and FreeSurfer files necessary for certain workflows.
