What is the current behaviour?
tSNR maps are generated for surfaces (.shape.gii), but I need a map of subcortical tSNR, which would ideally be extracted from a .nii.gz file. As is, intermediate files (ie. before HP filter) are removed and so its not easy for me to calculate without rerunning many steps.
What is the motivation / use case for changing the behaviour?
Can sample tSNR for hippocampus, thalamus, etc. Can also use this to map tSNR to the neocortex surfaces to save time on that cauclulation as well
