reconstitution is a kind of study that do not in itself detect interaction unless there is subsequent functional restoration or a paralel interaction dectection by an other method.

rejected at geneva meeting as every body agree that reconstitution assay do not give indications of the method used to detect interaction. Such term describe the overall experimental approach.
