ProteinA tag visualization #364

This is based on interaction between protein A and IgG; superficially it is similar to conventional western but the nature of interaction between protein A and antibody is completely different then antigen-antibody complexes implied in westerns so a separate term seems to be reasonable. It should be made a child of MI:0866 (tag visualisation) and defined as:

Protein A tag is visualized by interacting with IgG antibodies (or their derivatives) that are specifically recognized by protein A (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protein\_A for details)
