According to http://www.iba-go.com/prottools/prot\_fr01\_04.html Strep tag II ( MI:0962) corresponds to SAWSHPQFEK OneStrap-tag [SAWSHPQFEK-(GGGS)2-SAWSHPQFEK] (this would be a new term)

Strep tag (MI:0988), according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strep-tag) is just the octapeptide (WSHPQFEK) and
