Interaction between two proteins is demonstrated by following the effect of one of them (eg a chaperone) on the aggregation state of the other (eg an amyloidogenic protein/peptide); see, for example, PMID: 22179788

The term most likely should be a direct child of biochemical method (MI:0401)
