we need new CV terms for Gold immunostaining data (using Electron density methods/ electron microscopy as discussed under pmid:21880740 in the Minutes of the Rome meeting 2011.-new CV terms will be requested to capture the participant detection

Do we need a term for this - immunostaining actually describes how the proteins are identified, we've not described how the secondary Ab is visualised in any other case.
