New entry for PhosphoTyr SulfoTyr Ambiguity #478

An entry is needed for the entity that is either a phosphotyrosine or a sulfotyrosine which cannot be differentiated in a mass spectrometry result.

Introduced a categorization for isobaric modified residues within a specific mass or delta mass range.
