General monofluorinated term is needed #517

A general monofluorinated term is needed between MOD:00498 (fluorinated residue, without mass) and the three children (MOD:01225, 26 and 27). the unimod mapping should be deleted from MOD:00498 and added in the new term. This problem is analogous to the hexosilation modifications (bug 3400718).

General terms were made for monobromo-, monochloro-, and monofluoro- residue, and for monochlorinated L-tryptophan. The UniProt Dbxrefs were removed from the parent terms, and reassigned to the appropriate child terms.
