MOD:01607 is a specific active site modification of glutamic acid that is not related to the other morpholine-2-acetic acid reagent modifications of alpha amines and lysine, except that they happen to have the same difference formula.
However, the parent MOD:01813 should not have a TermSpec, see psidev-MOD controlled vocab changes-3449624, so it will be removed. Can you find the other parent terms like this that should have the TermSpec record removed?

The term term MOD:01607 (5-glutamyl allysine, "A protein modification that effectively converts an L-glutamic acid residue to 5-glutamyl allysine.") shows a mass difference equivalent to MOD:01813 (morpholine-2-acetylated residue), MOD:01211 (N6-(morpholine-2-acetyl)-lysine) and MOD:00422 (alpha-amino morpholine-2-acetylated residue), the three of them related to the Unimod term 29 (SMA). In addition, this term (MOD:01607) shows a new specificity (origin K, TermSpec "none"). Is this modification really related to the other three?
