Hi John, Can I have an ID for lysine alpha-aminoadipic-delta-semialdehyde (AAS) residues? These are found in collagen and elastin cross-linking catalyzed by Lysyl oxidase, which oxidizes the side chain of peptidyl lysines, converting them to the alpha-aminoadipic-delta-semialdehyde (AAS). Crosslinks can form between AAS converted lysine and an an unmodified lysine to form the anhydrolysinonorleucine (deLNL) crosslink, or two AAS residues can crosslink forming the aldol condensation product (Lucero & Kagan 2006 PMID:16909208, Regards, Steve.

I am at the stage where I need to use this ID in order to finish of my curation of collagen crosslinking. Could you please let me know when you will have time to make it available?
