MOD:00927 describes similar modification, but introduced at protein level, therefore the formula is different. The right modification formula is present in MOD:00638, however it is restricted to arginine residues. The required modification is present in Unimod accession #330.
Thus, the possible solution is either modify MOD:00638, so that it was applicable to several amino acids, including lysine and N-terminus, or create the new term for the modification with formula (13)C 2 (1)H -2 (2)H 6 for lysine and N-terminus.
