update links on psidev webpages #600

need to ensure all our links are migrated with the movement of code, CVs etc onto GitHub.

http://www.psidev.info/groups/molecular-interactions is now free of links to sourceforge.

There are still some issues with some links on that page. However, Sourceforge previously contained the code now in this repo (MICommunity/psidev), so links related to this repository are up to date.
